• Hashed Identifiers: We do not collect or store any personally identifiable information (such as name, email address, phone number). Instead, the App creates hashed identifiers derived from email addresses solely to distinguish individual customers in analytic dashboards.

• No Personal Storage: The App does not store names, raw emails, phone numbers, or any other customer contact details. We only retain aggregated or anonymized data necessary for analytics.

• Purpose of Data: All data processed by the App is used exclusively for generating analytic dashboards to help merchants understand customer purchase behavior and trends.

2. No Sharing or Selling of Data

• No Sale of Data: We do not sell, rent, or trade any data to third parties.

• No External Transfer: We do not transfer data to any external party, except where required by law or to fulfill legal obligations (e.g., responding to lawful requests by public authorities).

3. Data Retention

• Minimal Retention: Because the App does not store raw personal information, data retention primarily includes anonymized or aggregated metrics.

• Deletion Upon Request: If a merchant uninstalls the App or requests data deletion, we remove all associated analytics and hashed identifiers promptly, unless otherwise required by law.

4. Security

• Technical Safeguards: We employ industry-standard security measures (e.g., secure connections, encrypted storage of hashed identifiers) to protect data from unauthorized access or disclosure.

• Limited Access: Only authorized personnel can access the App’s analytics environment, and no raw customer PII is ever stored.

5. Merchant & Customer Rights

• Shopify Compliance: We adhere to Shopify’s requirements for data protection and embedded apps. Merchants can request deletion of aggregated analytics data by contacting us through Shopify’s support channels.

• Transparency: Because we do not handle raw PII, we have no means to identify or share individual customer records beyond hashed identifiers.
